VINEYARD
Fruit is sourced from a young vineyard on the outskirts of Pordenone in the province of Friuli.
WINEMAKING
Fruit was picked at 10.5 Baume and fermented in stainless steel vats to produce the base wine. Charmat method is then used for secondary fermentation, and the wine remaining on lees after to build further complexity.
TASTING
Peachy fragrance with a delicious core of citrus and melon fruits and yeasty complexity. The finish is clean and crisp without being excessively dry. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
